Failure to provide the original voucher may result in being asked to pay. Photocopies will not be accepted. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue unless otherwise stated. Amendments to the voucher details or expiry will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus any additional charges that may apply.
